Is there a minimum contract length?
No minimum — we work month-to-month. Most clients stay 12–24 months once they experience the value of having dedicated IT leadership on hand.
Do you charge for travel?
No. UK travel is always included in your monthly fee — no hidden mileage or expenses to worry about.
Can we scale up or down?
Yes — your day allocation flexes month to month. If you have a major project in progress one month, we can increase capacity. Quieter periods can be scaled back accordingly.
What's not included?
Third-party software, licences, or hardware are not included in our fees. We will always advise on the most cost-effective options and help you negotiate vendor contracts on your behalf.
Do you work remotely?
Primarily remote, but always available for on-site visits which are included in all plans. We believe face-time on the factory floor is essential for understanding your real IT challenges.
